Register for the National Conference for Media Reform

We'll be honest: The past year was a tough one in the fight for better media.  Last week the FCC passed a weak Net Neutrality rule, and now it's circulating an order to approve the Comcast takeover of NBC, one of the biggest media mergers in history.

But the fight is far from over.  This April, we're opening a new front in the our push for a more open and democratic media: The National Conference for Media Reform in Boston.

From April 8-10, thousands of people from all walks of life will come together to shape the future of free speech on the internet and to foster better journalism and more independent media.  Will you be there?

At NCMR, we will learn from hard-won victories, like the recently passed bill to expand community radio to hundreds of cities and towns throughout the country.  We'll discuss the latest in online organizing with experts across the movement and craft strategies to win in 2011.

There will also be speeches, workshops, music, parties and a whole lot more.

So come to Boston and help write the story of our media:
